Job Description.

• Overall technical vision & design of very complex, rich, web-based application
• Drive development activities of overall system with a hands on approach Architect, implement and optimize rich-media, Flash/Flex based user interface Author architecture design documents.
• Collaborate with senior management and development leads to establish development roadmaps, project schedules.
• Oversee analysis, design, development, testing and debugging of software modules/applications to address potential issues with systems integration, reliability, security and system performance
• Evaluate business processes, performance requirements & projected growth to identify strategic opportunities for improved technical efficiency.
• Direct code & design reviews to help establish group development standards/best practices.
• Lead & mentor development teams as an active leader in day to day activities of project delivery
